管理章程 School Governance

Chun Hui Chinese School is the educational subsidiary of the Delaware Chinese American Association (DCAA).   As outlined in the Operation Rules – First State Chun Hui Chinese School, the operation of the Chinese School is directed by the School Council and administered by the school administration staff, with oversight from the DCAA Board of Directors.

春晖中文学校是特拉华州华人协会(DCAA)的附属教育机构。在春晖中文学校的运作章程中明确指出,中文学校的运作由校务委员会(School Council)直接指导,并在DCAA董事会(Board of Directors)监督下由学校行政人员(School Administration)负责管理。

The School Council reviews and approves major school strategic plans and initiatives, school policies, operation procedures, annual school budget and spending, and other matters important to school development. The Council also provides recommendation for the nomination or termination of the School Principal to the DCAA Board of Directors and obtains its approval.

校务委员会审查和批准学校的长远发展计划和项目的启动、学校制度、运作程序、学校每年的预算和支出、以及其他有关学校发展的重要事项。校务委员会还负责向DCAA 董事会递交校长提名或终止校长任期的提议,以获得其批准。

The school administrative staff includes the School Principal, Assistant Principal(s), and School Manager. They administrate day-to-day operation of the school:  curricular development, instructional activities and management, student registration, student activities, school logistics, academic programs, teachers’ administration and professional development, and public relations. The administrative staff maintains and reports the school’s budget, finance and administrative decisions to school council.

学校行政人员包括校长、副校长、和校办主任。他们负责学校的日常运作,包括学校课程设置、教学管理、教师管理、教师培训、学生注册、学生活动、学校资源、后勤、以及对外公共关系等事务。学校行政人员制定、维护并向校务委员会报告学校的预算、财务和行政决定。

A Parent Teacher Association (PTA), joined by more than a dozen volunteer parents, also assists the school administrative staff in managing school logistics and some students affairs.

学校还拥有一个由十多名热心家长组成的家长委员会(PTA),协助学校行政人员管理学校后勤和部分学生事务。

The Chun Hui Chinese School does not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, genetic information, marital status, disability, religion, age, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by applicable law in its employment, educational programs and activities, admissions policies, and scholarship and loan programs as required by Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and other applicable statutes and school policies. The Chun Hui Chinese School also prohibits unlawful harassment including sexual harassment and sexual violence.
